01 / WHO WE ARE

Local roots.
Lasting possibilities.

We're Inspire Foundation, a nonprofit with a simple belief: a stronger community starts with people who feel ready to shape it.

Here in Salem, Oregon, our mission is to help students and residents grow as leaders through business-focused education and experiences. We connect the world of learning with the people, ideas, and opportunities beyond the classroom.

Our story is part of Salem's story. Our history with the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce reflects a shared investment in the people who make this community what it is.

03 / A MOMENT IN OUR STORY

A conversation today.
A possibility tomorrow.

At Career Connections on April 4, 2024, more than 600 high school students practiced interviewing with area employers.

We reported this experience in our 2024 filing: a chance for young people to build confidence, explore local employment, and prepare for what comes next.

For us, that is what possibility looks like. Not an abstract idea, but an opportunity to ask a question, try something new, and take a next step.
